Giving Back This Holiday Season

This holiday season the Carriage House Cooking School is organizing some gratitude and giving for our community. Chef Curtiss reached out to three community partners and asked them to each identify two families affected by some form of serious health crisis, which has caused severe financial and personal hardship.

The Carriage House Cooking School, with help from our friends at Fresh & Fancy Bakery, Fork & Knives Catering, D&D Meats, Green Acres Restaurant, Farmin’ It and others, will donate ingredients and associated recipes, where applicable, for six (6) families to enjoy a Christmas dinner which they may not have had or drastically reducing the burden on them during this time of year.

The dinner(s) we will be donating is below:

Smoked Pork Loin with Cranberry Sauce
Potato Puree with Butter
Corn with Herbs & Sea Salt
Butternut Squash Puree
Rolls & Butter
Bread & Butter Pickles
Whole Wheat Bread
Mixed Berry Pie
