The Kitchen

Nestled among the pastures and forest of Hallock Hill Farm, over looking the villages, lakes and farms of the Adirondack Coast and Vermont, our kitchen is designed to teach cooking techniques and recipes to the home cook, serious foodie or connoisseur of fine food.  

We have a variety of equipment for all levels and styles of cooking.  Try your hand at wok fried green beans in a hand hammered wok on our Bertazzoni gas cooktop or slow cook lamb shanks with our collection of Anova immersion circulators.  Slice and dice with MAC, Wustof Trident and Henkle knives. Sauté and braise with All Clad, Cuisinart, Staub, Lodge and De Buyer pots and pans.  Stir and flip with our collection of Littledeer maple cooking utensils.  Plate and serve on our natural Adirondack granite, European butcher block counter tops and our 10 person farm table.

We have the proper tools to elevate your cooking, you simply need to bring your passion for wonderful food and sharing it at the table.
