Our Farm Community

We take great pride in knowing where our foods come from, how it was grown, who harvested it and how it is produced. This gives us an intimate connection with our craft that allows us to better communicate the flavor, character and terroir of our foods.

The Clinton, Essex and Franklin County landscapes are becoming agricultural hotspots for young and seasoned farmers alike, along with some amazing food producers.
