Come experience an exciting introduction to the simple, fragrant and indulgent world of authentic Lebanese cuisine.

Throughout the class we will showcase and highlight the key elements of Lebanese cooking, both through techniques and ingredients.

Recipes for the class include 

Hummus bit-Tahini

garbanzo bean, sesame seeds, sesame paste, sumac, mint, lemon, apple

Lahm Muschwi

beef, lamb, mint, olive oil, onion, salt, pepper, cumin

Riz bise-shiriyyi

rice, vermicelli, saffron, salt, mint, raisin, orange, pine nuts


doughnuts, ice cream, honey

At the end of class we will all sit down and enjoy a delicious Lebanese feast.
