The holidays are usually a time of excitement and cheer.  To often the holiday get togethers, office parties and school events have overlapping menus with similar foods.  This class is designed to get you out of the hors d'oeuvres rut.

With a few simple recipes and techniques you can add excitement, flavor and cheer to the holidays.
