Dinner Demonstration Class

The rise in popularity and access of local craft brewing allows us to showcase dishes in which beer can be used as focal ingredient, with beer driving the character and flavor of the dish.

During this dinner class Chef Curtiss will demonstrate and prepare several delicious recipes featuring beers from Oval Craft Brewing, Ausable Brewing Co., Paradox Brewing and Ledge Hill Brewing.

Rock Eater Gougeres
puffs, asgaard fet.a.compli, cracked pepper, herb

Paradox Cheddar Soup
herb, lardon

Ausable Brewing Strip Steak
reverse seared strip steak, hair of the badger hollandaise, aligot potato, summer succotash

Ledge Hill Fool
roasted peach coulis, ledge hill fool whipped marscapone, pound cake

Craft Brewer Biscotti
biscotti, citrus, anise, walnut
