Demonstration (elements of hands on)

6:00 to 9:00 PM

The character of Italian food comes to life in the Autumn months; long slow braises and heady aromas fill the kitchens with gastronomic pleasure.

This multi course menu will allow us to highlight the characteristics of Italian cuisine and demonstrate some hallmark Italian culinary techniques.


Crostini di Mele
slow roasted onions, walnuts, gorgonzola, pate, apple

Zuppa di Brodo
chicken broth, white beans, tomato, parmesan, olive oil, herb

Saltimboca di Pollo e Funghi
chicken breast, mushrooms, sage, prosciutto, fontina, truffle infused pan jus, polenta

Pere Arrostite Con Pinoli
roasted pears, raisins, honey, moscato, pine nuts
