Chef Curtiss will explain the beautiful and delicious simplicity of Spanish cuisine.
Class begins with the assembly and service of a delicious assorted pinchos platter before we settle in for the building of an amazing Valencia inspired paella which will be served family style showcasing its hallmark socarrat crust.
For dessert there will be a platter of sliced oranges macerated with sea salt and sherry vinegar.
