Explore and discover the creatively addicting world of meatballs. Chef Curtiss will demonstrate the perfect ratio of meat, binder, garnish and seasoning for the ultimate meatball. Additionally we will explore meatball recipes inspired by different cuisines and cultures.
Meatballs make great holiday foods, both in large and small formats!

Recipes will be accompanied by a sides of pasta and rice and generous platter of greens with vinaigrette.
