This private Chef’s Table class will showcase three classic Paris Bistro dishes. Chef Curtiss will walk the group through classic and contemporary techniques for making these dishes at home.

Recipes for the class include:

Salad Lyonnaise
endive, escarole, lardon, saucisson, walnuts, vinaigrette

Pave of Beef Bearnaise
reverse seared sirloin steaks, French bearnaise, pomme gratiner, braised carrots

Chocolate Ganache Tart
dark chocolate, cream, butter, sea salt, almond, orange zest
