MLI Corporate Sales Menu #2 | Adirondack Cheese Platter

This group demonstration classes focuses on local creameries and dairies that produce award winning cheeses.  

Participants will be exposed to a variety of cow and goat cheeses produced in  the Adirondacks and beyond.  Chefs will discuss and explain how to assemble a cheese platter at home that offers, balance, contrast and versatility where beverages are concerned.

Featured farms include Asgaard Farm, Sugar House Creamery, North Country Creamery.

Participants will receive a tasting plate of all featured cheeses and garnitures.

Wine, beer and cider are Available through Taste Bistro at additional cost.
