The fine art of Italian cooking mesmerizes me. With disciplined simplicity Italian chefs and cooks create, share and enjoy some of the world’s finest dishes. This evening celebrates that reality.

Chef Curtiss will demonstrate and highlight several classic Italian dishes, including the entree of Pollo new Pane, chicken baked in bread. This dish highlights the core of Italian cuisine, use the best ingredients and prepare them with care, love and attention.

The Menu for this dinner is:

Zuppa di Pomodoro
tomato, basil, salt, olive oil, grilled bread

Insalata di Zucchine e Rucola
zucchini, arugula, olive oil, parmesan, ricotta, herb

Pollo nel Pane
chicken, onion, carrot, pancetta, garlic, olive oil, red wine, sage, parmesan, bread
