Overwhelmingly knife skills and which knife do you need are a couple of the most asked about class topics, so we are answering the call.

Our knife skills class will walk through the basics of the most common knives and tools you will need and showcase how each one is used safely, efficiently and consistently.  We will explore how to sharpen knives, hone the blade and clean them. 

Then we jump into some skill set development as we work our way through selected recipes that push us to use our skills in real life cooking. 

By the end of class you will be able to julienne, slice, chop, dice and smash a variety of foods.  More importantly you will be far more confident and comfortable using your knives in the future.
