Hands On Class

Simply put I love brunch. I loved cooking it, serving it and eating it. Brunch is a creative wonderland where it is acceptable to merge breakfast and lunch items, even dinner can be incorporated into a brunch menu.

This class will focus on some classic brunch items with twists to accommodate the home cook.

Recipes for this course include

Carriage House Eggs Benedict
english muffin, jambon blanc, French scrambled eggs, hollandaise sauce

Smoked Salmon and Chive Waffles
sourdough waffle, smoked salmon, creme fraiche, minced chive

Shrimp & Pasta Salad
poached shrimp, orange juice, dill, mayonnaise, pasta, red onion

Pomegranate Spritz
seltzer, simple syrup, pomegranate juice

Lyonnaise Potatoes, Salad Vert with Vinaigrette and a Orange & Basil Salad
