Hands On Class

Winter is here, fully and completely! With this its time to explore the soups that warm our body and soul, nourishing and delighting us with each spoonful.

During class we will make 3 soups and 3 salads to accompany them, creating a number of different combinations to add to your repertoire.

Recipes for this class include 

Zuppa di Brodo
broth, sausage, white beans, tomato, herb, toasted bread

Tandoor Curry & Carrot Soup
carrots, stock, curry powder, ginger, onion, broth

Potato Leek Soup
yukon golds, leek, garlic, broth, cream, parsley

Crisp Apple & Celery Salad
apples, celery heart, sunflower seeds, dijon, lemon juice

Orange and Avocado Salad
florida navel oranges, basil, red onion, avocado, balsamic, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, pepper

Peppery Arugula & Shaved Cheese
arugula, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, asiago, parmesan, romano, pepper
