Kebabs, Satays and Keftas are simply cubed, sliced or ground varieties of meat cooked on a stick or skewer.  Their versatility and quick cooking make them super hits for busy weeknights.  

This class will showcase different recipes and various accompanying foods, such as naan bread, fragrant rice and mixed greens.
