Pies can be intimidating to the novice cook. The goal of this class is to take away that intimidation and allow you to gain comfort with the techniques for three different and versatile doughs and styles of pies.

Recipes for the class will include

Pâte Brisée

Oatmeal Galette Dough

All American Butter Dough

Blueberry Lemon Galette

Chocolate Ganache Tart

Pumpkin Pie

Slow Cooked Onion, Walnut & Gorgonzola Tart
